I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with extensive experience working with groups, individuals, couples, children and their families.

My experience has come from a variety of clinical settings and from working with a wide range of people striving to manage difficult life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and symptom management. This has given me an appreciation and an awareness for the diversity of backgrounds and circumstances that can bring people to therapy.

In addition to my private practice, I am a group facilitator at the HOPE Center Psychotherapy Services of San Francisco, an Intensive Oupatient Group Therapy Program that focuses on life transitions management, self-understanding and interpersonal relationships. Other groups I facilitate include Prenatal/Postpartum Support and Mindfulness.
